Reviews and Ratings
The Sanctuary Rarotongan Resort offers stunning views and excellent beach access, making it a great spot for relaxation and activities. The rooms are comfortable, but some felt dated and could use a refresh. The dining options, while enjoyable, lack variety, and service could improve in certain areas. Overall, it's a peaceful getaway but might not meet everyone's expectations if you seek luxury.
I had an amazing experience at the Sanctuary Resort! It’s beautifully situated right on the beach, making for perfect snorkeling and relaxing days by the water. While the rooms offered stunning views, the dining experience wasn’t entirely satisfying due to limited options and some things feeling overpriced. Facilities were generally good, but a few amenities could use some improvements. Overall, I would recommend it for a peaceful getaway, keeping in mind a few shortcomings.
I had a lovely stay at the Sanctuary Rarotonga, where the rooms were beautiful and well-maintained, and I really enjoyed the stunning beach right outside. The snorkeling and water activities were fantastic, which added to the experience. However, I found the dining options to be quite average, and the service could be slow at times. Overall, it was a great getaway but with room for improvement.
The property has a unique charm with its remote location and beautiful, clear waters right at your doorstep, making it a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle. While the rooms are comfortable and the staff is friendly, I found the dining options limited and quite pricey. Additionally, it was quite inconvenient to wait several hours for room availability upon arrival.
My stay was a bit of a mixed bag. The location right on the beach was stunning, and the snorkeling was fantastic. However, the dining options were quite limited and not up to par with other resorts. The rooms were decent but could definitely use some refreshing. Overall, it’s a nice spot for relaxation but comes with some drawbacks.
